When I first connected the PC, I automatically had my check engine light come on with also the "lightening bolt" TB light. Called the help desk and informed me to disconnect the negative terminals for 15 mins and try again. The lights went away, will see if they stay off. But I can really notice the less turbo lag now when in sport mode, WOW!

Easy install. Set it on Sport setting and it took the Ram “lag” out when I drive in town. My 2020 Ram now drives like my old 2003 Ram which didn’t require much input from the accelerator to move. I like it so far.

Second pedal commander for me. Absolutely loved my first one on my 08 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. It really woke it up, even with other modifications I had made. Cold air intake, exhaust system but still had the fly by wire lag until my son told me about the pedal commander, and what a huge difference. So I traded up to 2022 Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi and first modification was a pedal commander, I wont need a cold air intake or fancy exhaust, content with my pedal commander to do what I was looking for.

This is my second Pedal Commander. 1st one went on a 2019 Ram 1500 with 3:21 gearing. The PC worked flawlessly. Ultimately I had it set on City 2 for daily driving.
I traded that truck in on a 2020 Ram 2500 6.4 with 4:10 gearing. Bought a Pedal Commander for that on 6-2-2024. I was hesitant at first due to the 4:10 gearing. Truck ramps up quick stock but had the standard torque management delay. The PC fixed that. I have this one set on City 3. Works flawlessly.

Very easy to install, hardest part was getting the factory plug disconnected, after that it is plug and play. Works great and got rid of the lag I was experiencing. I have it set on "city, and power level 4" for my driving comfort.

Took me less than 5 mins to install this questionable device in my 2021 Ram 6.7. It lit some warning lights up and I took it to the auto parts store to get codes cleared. WOW did this thing wake up my 6.4L hemi!! I was kind of on the fence about buying a tuner that wasn't actually a tuner but just a throttle position modifier, but let me say my 2016 Ram 2500 is a whole new truck!! I had no idea how much power it actually had. I haven't gone past the sport + yet, I'm actually a little scared to and honestly there's no need!! Love it!!

I tow an enclosed trailer everyday for work. I use city mode and it has improved the feel of the throttle and makes pulling away from stop lights smoother. I use tow mode built into the truck and I was skeptical about adding this and using it together…. Worth every penny. Took 5 minutes to plug in and another day of driving around until I picked the perfect spot for it to stay. Top quality.

I had one of these installed on my 2012 Ram 1500 5.7l Hemi. I loved how well it worked on my gas engine I had no doubt in my mind that I was going to put one on my 2023 Ram 2500 6.7l Cummins engine. I had my new truck for less than 2 hrs before I went online and purchased my latest pedal comander and within 3 days it was installed and let me tell you I love it more on the diesel engine than I did on the gas engine. Everyone that knows about today’s diesel engines with all the restrictions they have on them that they have terrible throttle response and turbo lag but the pedal comander fixes that issue right away. I’ve been leaving mine set on the city mode most of the time and it has plenty of snap and no lag at all. The sport and sport + mode are even more insane. Bottom line is if you want your engine wether gas or diesel to respond faster and better for not much money at all then I would suggest buying and installing a pedal commander on your vehicle. Best bang for your buck hands down.

I’m writing this review because I’ve shopped around and couldn’t find a decent programmer for my 2022 Ram 2500 Cummins until I saw the Pedal Commander. I paid the $260 and thought for sure I’d be sending it back dissatisfied. NOPE! I do mostly city driving and I use the City 3 setting with great throttle response and I have a full tank through the truck and 3.8 mpg increase! The response feels better and it feels like my Ram 1500 Hemi. Sport is an incredible difference and more fun but I rarely get to use it.
Don’t hesitate anymore. Buy this and have fun.

Third Pedal Commander purchased. First one went in 2021 Ram 1500, Ran great, and good milage as well. City 4 worked best for me as I also towed a lot with this truck(21-22 mpg). Next went in 2017 Jeep Cherokee, good power increase, and milage between 28-32 mpg, City1 was best for my wife. Sold the 1500 and got a 2023 Rebel 2500, 6.7 deisel, smooth power increase, currently getting 21-22 mpg, City 3 setting. Definately recomend, easily installed as well!

My diesel has come to life! I was used to the instant power from my 5.7L Tundra. When I went to the 2500 RAM, it felt sluggish and really had to have plenty of room to pass on a 2 lane road. Now she has a little more pep in her step! Great product. Have recommended to a few co workers already.

The increase in power is unbelievable! Its hard to believe that there is no increase in horsepower or torque to the engine. Only the throttle response improvement has been improved, making my truck have unbelievable response improvement!

It took me several, several, weeks of research and discussion to really understand if this product is worth the time and money. Pedal Commander does a great job sharing the information on each product to allow the user to make a decision to purchase based on this info. However, like most, I was still skeptical to spend $300 on a product advertised to be so easy to install and make such a difference. I went ahead and made the decision to purchase and let me give you the run down of my own experience:
1. Product was as easy as advertised to install. Followed instructions with moving key Fobs at least 30 feet away as well as leaving vehicle door open and allowing vehicle ECU to shut down (roughly 15 mins).
2. Product installed in 5 mins. No issues encountered.
3. Easily ran product through dash trim and mounted. Products provided were very straight forward.
4. Connection to product with App was very straight forward and easy to connect and use.
5. Tested each stage and immediately noticed the throttle response. This product appears to move my 2500 beast.
Yes, I have more to test and put it through its paces, but if this product continues to work as it does there will be no issues.
After reading and using, you should take note that the product does not add HP but rather simply improves throttle response. This made a difference to me as I hated the factory lag.
I have recommended the product to two of my fellow truck lovers thus far and was able to demonstrate the difference in person. They were hooked!
In my opinion, the product was worth it. As always, I will be the first one to update my review if product does not continue to perform.

I purchased this to save fuel but also give me power when needed and I have yet be disappointed.
I use the ECO mode when driving to work and back every day (1 hr commute//50 miles each way). Have went from 18MPG without Pedal Commander to 23/24 MPG. When you want to get around a vehcile driving slow, Sport mode is the ticket. Placed it on sport +3 and the power was present at half a throttle. Can imagine full throttle. Moved it to sport +1 and the power was still there. As specified, do not change settings while pressing the accelerator pedal but you let off of the throttle or at a stop, change the settings. You have what you need at a touch of a button. City mode has its power as well. Bluetooth is a help also so you can hide the device and use your phone to change the settings. The app tells you kilometers or MPH, what setting you are on and much more. Plug and play device. You have to get used to it and figure out your comfort zone on the settings. I found mine and I'm happy with it.

The pedal commander is just what I needed to get rid of the lag. It was a quick 5 min install and man does it make a difference. Now my diesel pick up feels like a gas truck when you step on the pedal, there is no lag and it responds very fast!! I have also seen about 1 mile per gallon better at this point but I have been playing with it pretty hard on the highest setting. Thank You Pedal Commander for such a great product!!!!

I put it on a 2013 Ram 2500 with a 5.7 Heim that has 197000 miles on it. I love that the truck finally responds and it seems like the pedal commander took the pooch out of the truck and made it a lot snappier. Quicker acceleration better performance. Maybe not better on gas because I always have my toes in the carburetor but a better overall experience and a good add on that you notice.

Absolutely amazing product. I have a 2019 Ram 2500, 6.7L Cummins. Prior to that, I owned an F250 with a 6.7L Powerstroke. The Ford's torque was so much higher than the Ram I haven't enjoyed the switch. However, after installing the Pedal Commander in the Dodge, it surpasses the Ford's "get-up and go!" I was skeptical about this product, but would now give it a solid 10 out of 10. Would recommend this to anyone!

This product makes driving a completely stock diesel a lot more fun to drive. For the price its absolutely worth the money. Haven't found in eco mode I get better gas mileage but it for sure lets you access the power you already have much much faster.

The pedal commander does what it says. It makes the gas pedal more responsive by attenuating the signal and tricking the ECM into thinking the gas pedal has been pushed further than it really has. It is harmless to the vehicle and can be removed anytime. It comes in a small package, has Bluetooth so you can control with a phone app if you prefer, and it’s simply to install. My only complaint is that the LED indicator lights are not bright enough, but that is a minor issue. I installed this on my Ram 2500 Diesel truck and love how it works.
