The basic steps of the Pedal Commander® installation are always the same regardless of the vehicle's make and model:

Turn off the ignition and wait 10-15 minutes with your driver's door open to allow your ECU to shut down.

Disconnect your accelerator pedal assembly plug, then plug in the heads to connectors on the Pedal Commander® harness.

Clean up the area where you want to mount the control unit with the alcohol wipe. Stick the bracket with the supplied velcro.

After you make sure the cables are secure and won't be tangled, you are ready to enjoy Pedal Commander®.

Have had Cayennes and my 2014 S was not as peppy as I would have liked, 400HP is enough for me, and the SPORT button gets it shifting early and often, so i thought I'd try the Pedal COmmander instead of the $1000+ chip/tune. So glad I did, popped right in and gave me the thrill I was looking for. The unexpected was, and I know I sound like a wimpy Porsche driver...on eco it really calms me down and i get about 18mpg just by it feeling more "chill". I drive a Cayenne and not a 911 because an suv slows me down and I get in less trouble. Well the ECO setting chills me righ down and I found myself using it all the time. Then I hit the Pedal COmmander button twice right by the washer stalk, bam bam bam the things a beast. Totally honest review, tottaly worth it. Turbo next...but I'm only 52 and saving that fun for later...C

Does what is says it does. Doesn't add any HP, but the cars feel more responsive. Snappy is the word my wife felt was the most accurate. Eliminates the lag of the first couple inches of the pedal that manufacturers put into the coding to make cars feel more comfortable and smooth. We have them in a E93 335i, and 2018 718 Cayman GTS, and most recently in a 2019 Cayenne S. I want all of those vehicles to feel like sports cars and not my grandpa's luxury car. The pedal commander makes all of them feel way more responsive and "snappy".

Works like expected. App makes it nice as you are able to hide the unit. I mounted in the fuse area on the side of the drivers door. Kind of pricey for what it is but it does everything it says it will do.
